APPLICANT STATMENT
The provisions and procedures for implementing the Digital Value Chain are further regulated in the Terms and Conditions of the Digital Value Chain which is an overlay and is one union with this Value Chain Digital Use Application, and thus binding on the Applicant.
APPLICANT STATMENT
With the signing of this Digital Value Chain Use Application, the Applicant declares as follows:
- All data and information included in this Digital Value Chain Use Application are true, complete and valid, and the Bank is given the right to check and verify the truth, completeness and validity of any data and information mentioned in this Digital Value Chain Use Application, as well as being the basis for the Applicant to use the Digital Value Chain at the Bank.
- The Bank has provided adequate and adequate information to the Applicant regarding the procedures and characteristics of the use of this Digital Value Chain, thus the Applicant is willing to accept all benefits and risks inherent and or arising from the use of the Digital Value Chain.
- The Applicant hereby has read and understood every provision in the Digital Value Chain Terms and Conditions and hereby agrees to abide by and be bound by the Digital Value Chain Terms and Conditions.
- The Applicant hereby authorizes the Bank to debit the accounts registered in the Digital Value Chain Use Application for the purpose of charging Digital Value Chain transaction fees as referred to in the Digital Value Chain Terms and Conditions.
- Transfer of Bills/Debts (Evelah) must be done on the basis of agreement from the parties concerned.
- The applicant acknowledges and agrees to all the terms of utilization of this product including the benefits, risks and costs attached to the product.
- The applicant warrants that the officer/person who signed this Application is an official/person who is legally and authorized to represent Us according to our laws and articles of association.
- The applicant is fully responsible for losses, especially those suffered by the Bank if it turns out that the documents of the sale and purchase contract/bill/invoice and/or Accepted Invoice that have been accepted and other documents as the basis or underlying guarantee of the Bank in sharia, are false or falsified.
- The Applicant agrees that if there are changes to the rules and regulations and/or additional regulations regarding the Banks products and facilities issued by Bank Indonesia and/or the Government and/or regulations applicable to the Bank, the Bank has the right to change these terms & conditions at any time. Such changes will be notified to the Applicant and shall be effective from the date of notification from the Bank.
- The applicant releases the Bank from all claims/lawsuits, both civil/criminal that may arise in the future.
