Terms and Conditions BEWIZE
General Terms and Conditions of BEWIZE by BSI
The General Terms and Conditions of BEWIZE by BSI ("General Terms and Conditions") are an integral part of and form a single unit with the BEWIZE by BSI Service Application Form and apply to all services provided by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk ("Bank").
Article 1: DefinitionsUnless otherwise specified in the General Terms and Conditions, the following terms are defined as:
- Bank refers to PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk., which is headquartered in Jakarta along with all its Branch Offices and units under Branch Offices that are authorized to process financing.
- Service Fee refers to all fees that must be paid by the Customer to the Bank in connection with BEWIZE by BSI.
- Company Admin is a user level on the Customer side in the Service Channel with the authority to manage access and monitor the activities of Company Users.
- Company ID is a unique code representing a Customer's access to the Service Channel.
- Company User is a user level on the Customer side in Bewize by BSI authorized to perform financial management activities.
- Business Day is a day when the Bank conducts operational activities and Bank Indonesia performs interbank clearing.
- Service Channel is an online digital service that is part of the SSO BEWIZE by BSI scheme, which includes CMS/DVC and/or other services, including but not limited to changes, which will be developed further by the Bank in the future.
- BEWIZE by BSI is an integrated service platform that provides banking solutions for corporate and institutional customers. With a single sign-on concept, customers can access Cash Management, Value Chain, Forex, Remittance, and systems integrated with GTS/BEWIZE with one click.
- BEWIZE Cash is the Bank's brand for cash management services, including Account Payable Management, Account Receivable Management, Account Liquidity Management, and Account Administration and Information, where customers can directly access their accounts and conduct banking transactions through the internet according to the available BSI Cash Management features.
- BEWIZE Value Chain is a web-based system that facilitates value chain transactions accessible by customers (Buyer or Seller) and their community, as well as a backend system (operation banking system) integrated with the Bank's Core Banking System T24 and other third-party systems, including e-signature systems, IDEB systems, and customer systems.
- Customer refers to a legal entity that is a legal body in the Bewize by BSI service.
- Password refers to a combination of numbers, letters, or both, which is a confidential key that must be provided/entered by the Customer when using BEWIZE by BSI.
- User ID/User Name refers to the identity possessed by the Customer that must be provided/entered in each use of BEWIZE by BSI services.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) refers to digital online access through a single portal/Service Channel.
- The Customer must use at least one of the Bank's Service Channels, namely BSI Cash Management System (CMS) or BSI Digital Value Chain (DVC).
- The Customer is subject to the provisions regarding the operation and use of BEWIZE by BSI as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions and the user guides.
- The Customer must keep confidential and not disclose or duplicate any information/data within BEWIZE by BSI, the system, or the user guides for the benefit of third parties.
- The Customer must sign a specific agreement if they intend to use a particular type of service that is part of and integrated with these General Terms and Conditions.
- The Customer can access the types of services available within BEWIZE by BSI according to the features/services developed by the Bank.
- Registration for BEWIZE by BSI is to be carried out independently by the Customer by logging into BEWIZE by BSI using one of the existing service channel account credentials, namely BSI Cash Management System (CMS) or BSI Digital Value Chain (DVC).
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, validity, completeness, and clarity of the documents required for the registration of BEWIZE by BSI services. By doing so, the Customer releases the Bank from any claims, demands, or compensations from any party regarding inaccuracies in the information, data, statements, authorities, or powers provided by the Customer.
- The Customer has the authority to designate, appoint, make changes to, and remove Company Admins and Company Users of services within the Service Channels integrated with BEWIZE by BSI, according to the Customer's internal regulations. In this regard, the Customer is fully responsible for the designation, appointment, changes, or removal of Company Admins and Company Users within the Service Channels mentioned.
BEWIZE by BSI provides features that can be accessed by the Customer, including:
- Single Sign-On for accessing the service channels through BEWIZE by BSI via a unified gateway.
- Appointment for scheduling online consultations with bank representatives regarding products and other matters.
- Chatbot for two-way communication between the customer and the bank's automated response system using specified messaging applications.
- Cash Management Onboarding for the convenience of registering the Customer into the CMS system by authorized and designated parties.
- Value Chain Onboarding for the ease of registering suppliers/value chain partners into the DVC system by authorized and designated parties.
- Notification to provide information on each transaction conducted by the customer through CMS/DVC services and other service channels.
- Quick Access to add and save favorite transaction menus frequently used by the Customer.
- Parent Menu to represent the product platform integrated with BEWIZE, such as CMS, DVC, and other service channels.
- Profile Settings to merge CMS and DVC services owned by the customer.
- Transaction Issue to facilitate the customer in checking transactions that have been made and to independently dispute them (Self-Service).
- Widget to provide information on transactions conducted by the customer and summarize the transaction activity occurring in the customer's accounts registered in CMS/DVC and other service channels.
- Administrative Fees for BEWIZE by BSI are charged according to the terms of the service channels.
- Company ID, User ID, and Password for BEWIZE by BSI refer to the Company ID of the service channels that the Customer already possesses and uses.
- The Customer is not permitted to transfer the operation of BEWIZE by BSI or delegate rights and obligations to unauthorized parties, and is fully responsible for the security of access to BEWIZE by BSI, including the use of User ID and Password.
- If the Customer becomes aware or suspects that the Company Admin and Company User credentials have been compromised or known by unauthorized individuals, the Customer must immediately change the Company Admin and Company User credentials. If, for any reason, the Customer is unable to make these changes, the Customer must notify the Bank. Until written notice is received by an authorized Bank official, all instructions, transactions, and communications based on the use of Company Admin and Company User credentials by unauthorized parties remain the Customer’s full responsibility.
- Nasabah wajib melakukan pengamanan terhadap alur proses transaksi sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan BEWIZE by BSI, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas atas hal-hal sebagai berikut:
- Nasabah wajib memiliki prosedur internal untuk penetapan kewenangan Company Admin dan Company User layanan Kanal Layanan.
- Nasabah wajib memiliki dan menetapkan prosedur internal termasuk memisahkan kewenangan masing-masing pengguna untuk mencegah resiko penyalahgunaan Company Admin dan Company User.
- Penggunaan, pemanfaatan, dan pemeliharaan Company ID, Company Admin dan Company User dilakukan dan mengacu kepada ketentuan Kanal Layanan.
The Customer releases the Bank from all claims, in the event that the Bank is unable to execute any of the Customer’s instructions, either partially or entirely, due to occurrences or causes beyond the Bank’s control or capability, including but not limited to Force Majeure (such as natural disasters including floods, earthquakes, typhoons, epidemics, fires, strikes, wars, riots, lightning, volcanic eruptions, and tsunamis; revolutions; disruptions caused by economic, political, social conditions; rebellions; changes in legislation, laws, regulations, and legal provisions of the Republic of Indonesia or directives and regulations from Bank Indonesia and/or the Financial Services Authority affecting the implementation of BEWIZE by BSI directly); widespread banking system disruptions or harmful components that could affect BEWIZE by BSI; malfunctioning web browsers, systems, or transmissions; power outages; telecommunication disruptions; and other occurrences or causes beyond the Bank’s control or capability.
Article 7: Permanent Termination/Temporary Suspension- BEWIZE by BSI may end permanently or be suspended temporarily in the following situations:
- At the Customer's Request: Upon the Customer’s written notice to the Bank at least 30 (thirty) calendar days before the desired termination date of BEWIZE by BSI.
- Mutual Agreement: By mutual agreement between the Customer and the Bank.
- In the Customer's Interest: If there are indications or suspicions of internal disputes within the Customer or other circumstances deemed by the Bank as potentially harmful to the Customer, until evidence of dispute resolution acceptable to the Bank is provided.
- Fraud or Criminal Activity: If the Bank, based on its own judgment, discovers or has reasons to suspect that fraud, criminal activities, or actions contrary to legal regulations have occurred or will occur in relation to BEWIZE by BSI services being used by the Customer.
- System Updates or Maintenance: For necessary updates, maintenance, or other purposes related to improving services to the Customer.
- Legal Prohibitions: If there are legal provisions or regulations that prohibit the use of BEWIZE by BSI or similar services.
- Liability or Claims: If, according to the Bank’s internal regulations, applicable legal provisions, or the Bank’s judgment, any instruction or activity from the Customer results in the Bank facing liabilities, claims, complaints, or damages, whether directly or indirectly, from any party, the Bank reserves the right to reject, cancel, or suspend BEWIZE by BSI, either temporarily or permanently, with notification to the Customer.
- The termination of BEWIZE by BSI does not eliminate the obligations of the Bank and/or the Customer to fulfill their respective duties.
- In the event of the termination of these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer and the Bank agree to waive the application of Articles 1266 and 1267 of the Civil Code.
- The Customer is a business entity, whether legal or non-legal, established in accordance with the laws in force in Indonesia.
- The Customer possesses all necessary authority, institutional authorization, and rights required to sign, grant, and fulfill its obligations as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions. Each signing, granting, and implementation of these General Terms and Conditions has been duly authorized by the Customer with all necessary institutional actions.
- These General Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the date of signing by the Customer and will remain in effect unless there are changes and/or termination according to these General Terms and Conditions.
- The Bank’s records and documentation related to the implementation of these General Terms and Conditions, including records of payment receipts through BEWIZE by BSI, shall constitute valid and binding evidence for both the Customer and the Bank, unless proven otherwise.
- The Bank may amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying the Customer through any form or means deemed appropriate by the Bank, which shall have the same legal force as these General Terms and Conditions.
- The terms and conditions for the services of the Service Channels shall follow the terms and conditions applicable to each of the Bank's Service Channels.
- These General Terms and Conditions are created, interpreted, and enforced based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For matters related to these General Terms and Conditions and their implementation, the Customer and the Bank agree to the legal domicile in the jurisdiction of the District Court where the Bank providing BEWIZE by BSI is located. This does not diminish the Bank’s right to file claims against the Customer in any other courts deemed necessary by the Bank. The Customer hereby waives the right to raise objections regarding the relative jurisdiction of the courts chosen by the Bank.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY OF PT BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (Tbk)
Welcome to our Privacy Policy. We want to provide you with clarity and confidence in how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By reading this privacy policy, we hope that you will feel calm and confident that your privacy is a top priority for us. In this Privacy Policy, we declare that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (hereinafter referred to as "Bank Syariah Indonesia") as the Personal Data Controller, will strive to provide security and protection for your convenience in transactions. We take the security of your Personal Data very seriously. With full responsibility, this Privacy Policy explains in detail the definition, types, legality and purposes of processing personal data. A. Definition of Personal Data
Personal Data is data about an individual that is identified or can be identified separately or combined with other information either directly or indirectly through electronic or non-electronic systems.
B. Types of Personal Data
The Personal Data processed includes Personal Data that you have provided and will provide to Bank Syariah Indonesia.
Bank Syariah Indonesia recognizes that it is important for you to know what categories and types of your Personal Data may be processed. The types of personal data processed by Bank Syariah Indonesia are relevant data according to the respective processing purposes, which include:
- Personal profile identification data, namely full name, Population Identification Number (NIK) for Indonesian Citizen (WNI) and Foreign Citizen (WNA) KTP, Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)/Tax Identification Number (TIN), data on immigration documents, gender, nationality, place and date of birth, alias/nickname, religion, voice recording, image recording, photo, signature form (wet and/or electronic), and/or biometric data;
- Correspondence data, namely addresses according to ID cards, addresses and domicile status, electronic mail addresses (emails), telephone/mobile and fax numbers;
- Education and employment data, namely education level, type of work, field of business, position, division, year of start of work/business, name of company/agency where you work, address of place of work, employment status, as well as name, position, and phone number of co-workers;
- Family data, including marital status, spouse's name, number of children, and dependents;
- Financial data, including account holder name, account number, income source, monthly/annual income, monthly/annual expenses, transaction data, credit/financing data, asset-related data, collateral-related data, and tax data, as well as data from other financial services you receive (such as insurance and custodial services);
- Digital activity data, including geolocation, IP address, your activities on Bank Syariah Indonesia's applications and/or website, and interactions between the Bank Syariah Indonesia application and other applications on your electronic device; and/or
- Data related to personal preferences, including communication preferences;
- Personal data processed may be collected directly from you or through a third party by Bank Syariah Indonesia.
1. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal Data processing is carried out as long as Bank Syariah Indonesia has met one or more of the following processing grounds:
- Bank Syariah Indonesia has explicitly and lawfully obtained your consent;
- Bank Syariah Indonesia is exercising its rights and obligations based on an agreement with you;
- Bank Syariah Indonesia needs to exercise authority or fulfill obligations based on applicable laws/regulations or orders from authorized agencies;
- Bank Syariah Indonesia needs to fulfill your vital interests;
- Bank Syariah Indonesia needs to perform tasks in the public interest and/or public service;
- Bank Syariah Indonesia needs to fulfill other legitimate interests, while considering the balance between the interests of Bank Syariah Indonesia and your rights.
Your Personal Data is processed by Bank Syariah Indonesia for the following purposes:
- Management of products, services, and/or Bank Syariah Indonesia’s offerings (including scoring and profiling, among others through the Financing Information Management Institution) with the goal of improving service to you and managing risks for Bank Syariah Indonesia.
- Provision of promotions or programs by Bank Syariah Indonesia, which may cooperate with other parties for products and/or services you already have.
- Marketing and/or offering products, services, and/or offerings from Bank Syariah Indonesia and/or other companies/third parties collaborating with Bank Syariah Indonesia, for products and/or services you do not yet have.
- Offering and/or transferring collateral to other parties.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as orders from regulators, law enforcement agencies, and other authorized institutions.
In processing your Personal Data, Bank Syariah Indonesia may involve third parties as joint controllers and/or processors of your Personal Data, both within and/or outside of Indonesia. In such cases, Bank Syariah Indonesia will protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
If Bank Syariah Indonesia transfers your Personal Data outside Indonesia, Bank Syariah Indonesia will reasonably ensure that the destination country of the transfer has an equivalent (or higher) level of protection for Personal Data compared to the protection standards in Indonesia.
If the destination country does not have an equivalent (or higher) level of protection, Bank Syariah Indonesia may still proceed with the transfer of your Personal Data, as long as it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
E. Your Rights as a Personal Data SubjectBank Syariah Indonesia recognizes that Personal Data is an important asset for you. Therefore, we would like to inform you of your rights as a Personal Data subject:
1. Right to Information and Access
You have the right to obtain information about the identity of the party requesting your Personal Data, the purpose of the request, and access to copies of your Personal Data. Bank Syariah Indonesia will provide access to this information through the official channels of Bank Syariah Indonesia, such as Bank branches or other channels, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as Bank Syariah Indonesia's policies.
You understand that if you request a copy of your Personal Data and/or details of its processing, Bank Syariah Indonesia may charge you a fee.
2. Right to Rectify Data
You have the right to complete, update, and/or correct inaccurate or incorrect Personal Data.
3. Right to Obtain, Use, and/or Transfer Personal Data to Other Parties
You have the right to obtain, use, or transfer your Personal Data held by Bank Syariah Indonesia to third parties, as long as the communication systems used by Bank Syariah Indonesia and the third parties in question are secure.
4. Right to Terminate Processing, Delete, and/or Destroy Personal Data
You have the right to terminate the processing, delete, and/or destroy your Personal Data. You agree to provide Bank Syariah Indonesia with sufficient time to process the termination of processing, deletion, and/or destruction of your Personal Data as required by Bank Syariah Indonesia. To exercise the right to terminate processing, deletion, and/or destruction of your Personal Data, you can contact Bank Syariah Indonesia through the communication channels specified in section H of this Privacy Policy.
Please understand that terminating the processing, deletion, and/or destruction of your Personal Data may affect Bank Syariah Indonesia’s ability to provide products, services, and offerings to you, as well as any contractual relationship between Bank Syariah Indonesia and you, or between Bank Syariah Indonesia and other third parties, including potentially resulting in the termination of services you receive and/or the termination of one or more agreements you have with Bank Syariah Indonesia, and/or a violation of one or more obligations you have under the agreement with Bank Syariah Indonesia.
In this regard, terminating processing, deletion, and/or destruction of Personal Data may result in Bank Syariah Indonesia blocking your savings account, and/or declaring your debts and/or obligations to Bank Syariah Indonesia as due and payable. Any loss resulting from exercising your right to terminate processing, deletion, and/or destruction of Personal Data will be your responsibility.
The obligation of Bank Syariah Indonesia to delete and destroy your Personal Data is exempted for:
- National defense and security interests;
- Law enforcement interests;
- Public interest in government administration; or
- Oversight interests in the financial services sector, monetary system, payment system, and financial system stability, carried out in the context of state administration.
You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your Personal Data that you have provided to Bank Syariah Indonesia, and you agree to provide Bank Syariah Indonesia with additional time to process the termination of the processing of your personal data as needed. To exercise the right to withdraw consent, you can contact Bank Syariah Indonesia through the communication channels specified in section H of this Privacy Policy.
You need to understand that withdrawing consent may affect Bank Syariah Indonesia’s ability to provide products, services, and offerings to you, as well as the management of contractual relationships between Bank Syariah Indonesia and you or between Bank Syariah Indonesia and other third parties, which may result in the termination of services you receive and/or the termination of one or more agreements you have with Bank Syariah Indonesia and/or a breach of one or more obligations you have under the agreement with Bank Syariah Indonesia.
In this regard, withdrawing consent for the processing of personal data gives Bank Syariah Indonesia the right to block your savings account and/or declare your debts and/or obligations to Bank Syariah Indonesia as due and payable. Any loss resulting from the exercise of your right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data will be your responsibility.
6. Right to Object to Automated Processing Results
You have the right to object to the results of the automated processing of your Personal Data that has legal effects or significantly impacts you, including profiling and/or credit scoring.
7. Right to Delay or Restrict Processing
You have the right to delay or restrict the processing of your Personal Data proportionally in accordance with the purpose of the data processing. To exercise this right, you can contact Bank Syariah Indonesia through the communication channels specified in section H of this Privacy Policy. You need to understand that a request to delay or restrict processing may affect Bank Syariah Indonesia's ability to provide products, services, and offerings to you, as well as the contractual relationship between Bank Syariah Indonesia and you, or between Bank Syariah Indonesia and other third parties, which may result in the termination of services you receive and/or the termination of one or more agreements you have with Bank Syariah Indonesia and/or a breach of one or more obligations you have under the agreement with Bank Syariah Indonesia.

8. Other Rights under Applicable Laws
You have the right to exercise other rights related to the processing of personal data as governed by applicable laws and regulations.
F. Duration of Personal Data Processing
Bank Syariah Indonesia will process Personal Data from the moment Bank Syariah Indonesia obtains the basis for processing. The processing will continue as long as you are using Bank Syariah Indonesia's products, services, and/or offerings or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Bank Syariah Indonesia may retain your Personal Data after you cease using Bank Syariah Indonesia’s products, services, and/or offerings for the time required by referring to applicable laws and regulations.
G. Changes to the Privacy Policy
